From 29 April 2016, residential properties with a swimming pool or spa pool must have a certificate of compliance for the pool barrier before the property can be leased or sold.
Regardless of selling or leasing have your pool barrier inspected for your own piece of mind. Your prompt action may save a life & will ensure the safety of children around a pool.
Drowning is one of the major causes of death for NSW children under the age of five. Each year on average 10 children under five drown in backyard swimming pools and many more suffer brain damage and other serious injuries associated with near-drowning experiences

Only an accredited certifier (category A1, A2, A3 or E1) can issue a certificate of compliance for your pool barrier. Find our name on the register of Building Professionals Board.
Statistically over 95% of swimming pools require at least three inspections. Through thorough transparent reporting and rectification advise it is our goal to minimize the number of inspections required, to just the initial and final inspections. (add link to sample report here.
Often poor advice and reporting will lead to repairs creating additional non-compliant issues, therefore requiring additional inspections (don’t be fooled by cheaper competitor fees).
